Music Research Award - Doctoral
DESCRIPTION $1,000 award to a doctoral music student (or recent graduate) for a music research paper (e.g., doctoral dissertation) or project. Applicants can be in any field.
Rules:
- Papers and projects must not be more than five years old.
- No more than one paper or project in each class may be submitted by a contestant.
- Abstracts, excerpts or summaries of the winning submissions may be published in The Triangle of Mu Phi Epsilon
- Any citations should be complete and in a style appropriate to the discipline.
REQUIREMENTS Required Materials Checklist:
- Current resume
- Statement of Mu Phi Epsilon participation
- Most recent unofficial college transcript
- PDF of the full paper or project materials
- Two current letters of recommendation
- $25 Application Fee
Please note that there will be no return of application fee for incomplete and disqualified applications.
