Classroom Experience Grant

DESCRIPTION

Up to $2,000 to assist a professional K-12 music educator for the purpose of enhancing their classroom. Funds must be used to enrich classroom learning through experiential opportunities, such as guest artists and coaches, workshops, festival attendance, collaborative musicians, and/or other special activities.

REQUIREMENTS
Required Materials Checklist:
  1. Current resume
  2. Statement of Mu Phi Epsilon participation (100-250 words)
  3. Most recent unofficial college transcript
  4. Brief professional bio (100 words max)
  5. Statement of goals as an educator (250-500 words)
  6. A detailed budget
  7. Two current letters of recommendation
  8. $20 Application Fee
Please note that there will be no return of application fee for incomplete and disqualified applications.
