Hotel Registration at the Embassy Suites

The hotel has provided us with our very own hotel reservation webpage online:

• Click here to book your rooms online for the Embassy Suites of Grapevine; or
• Call the Embassy Suites directly at (972) 724-2600. Ask for in-house reservations and reference the "MPE" group block code to take advantage of the discounted room rate.
• This rate is valid through June 23  June 28 as long as rooms are still available at the hotel. 

Our group rate is $159 + applicable taxes, per room night for a single or double room and is valid starting one week before the event (for those who want to arrive early and explore the greater Dallas and Fort Worth areas). Per hotel policy, no more than four individuals are allowed to share a room. 

Need to cancel your room? The policy is that the room can be cancelled up to 72 hours before the date of arrival. 

Special Hotel Registration Instructions for Collegiate Business and Collegiate Music (Performer) Delegates

Collegiate Business and Collegiate Music (Performer) Delegates, your hotel room is covered by the fraternity if you choose to share a room with up to three other individuals. Please note that Collegiate Business and Music Delegates are not required to take advantage of the complimentary hotel room assignment. If they choose not to, they must make their own room reservations directly with the hotel (at their own expense). The option to participate in the complimentary room block is included in the convention registration form.
