The International Executive Board of Mu Phi Epsilon invites all collegiate, alumni, and affiliate members to submit proposals to present and/or perform at the 2026 International Convention. Our theme — Imagine, Innovate, Inspire — celebrates the creativity, leadership, and meaningful contributions our members make in the world of music. If you are passionate about sharing your work and uplifting others, we want to hear from you!

Presenters

Application coming soon. All members of Mu Phi Epsilon (collegiate and alumni) are encouraged to apply to present on a topic related to their area of expertise. The presentation can be in a lecture, workshop, panel discussion, demonstration, poster or lecture/recital formatTo submit a proposal, you will be asked to provide the following information:

  • Name of Presentation
  • Topic Covered (music therapy, advocacy, education, health, etc.)
  • Format (lecture, workshop, panel, demonstration, lecture/recital or poster)
  • Narrative of presentation including learning objectives

Performers

Application coming soon. Collegiate Music Delegates must be from chapters in the East Central, Great Lakes and Eastern Great Lakes provinces. An Alumni Music Delegate may be any currently-affiliated alumni member. Performances may be up to eight minutes long. To submit a proposal, you will be asked to provide the following information:

  • Name of selection(s)
  • Instrumentation (note, a pianist will be provided if needed)
  • Video or audio file – may be a different selection than proposed repertoire

Composers

Application coming soon. May be from any collegiate or alumni chapter. Selections may be no longer than eight minutes. Note, you must be able to provide musicians to perform the work. To submit a proposal, you will be asked to provide the following information:

  • Name of selection(s)
  • Instrumentation
  • Personnel
  • Midi or video/audio file of your composition
