Please note that Collegiate Business and Music Delegates are not required to take advantage of this complimentary hotel room assignment. If they choose not to participate, they must make their own room reservations directly with the hotel (at their own expense). Convention participants will receive an email with a link to the conference app prior to the Convention which include the schedule, session descriptions, presenter bios, etc. A printed 'at a glance' schedule will be available at the Convention registration desk for those who prefer not to use the app (note, this printed schedule only includes session titles and times. No descriptions or bios).

Attire Don't forget your Mu Phi Epsilon pin! Daily sessions are casual business attire. It's a good idea to bring a sweater or wrap since meeting rooms can sometimes be chilly. Saturday evening's closing banquet is business professional/formal; for women, this means short or long dress and for men, a sport coat or suit.
Parking The Bradley Hotel offers self and valet parking. For those registered at the hotel, the discounted parking rates for Mu Phi Epsilon are $10 per night for self parking, and $20 per night for valet.
Ground Transportation The Bradley Hotel does not offer airport shuttle service. A list of ground transportation resources can be found on the Fort Wayne International Airport's website, and traditional ride share options (Lyft, Uber) are also an option.
